"I have been a fan of T.K. Kirkland for many years and I'm sad to say, this show was disappointing. His opening act (can't remember the guy's name...he was that forgettable) was painfully unfunny. I won't even waste my time writing about him.
The last time I saw him was in NYC when Bush was still in office and he was so funny, I nearly peed my pants! I don't know if T.K. Kirkland is just getting tired of doing his act or starting to walk on glass as far as his comedy goes due to the population being overly sensitive about every little thing since Obama has been in office.
All I know is that I used to watch his comedy specials on TV over and over and laughed every time I listened to him. At least I could have had a hot cup of tea at home and changed the channel. I would have preferred to watch this recent act on TV instead of spending the money to see him live again and trasping out in 17 degree weather.
I'm so sorry to say that, Lewis. It's the first time you've disappointed me. :-("
